If you can scan your own pictures, simply email to

Mavity. When you scan, try to keep picture size under
150kb. You can also call if you need more information at
317-577-0186.
If you do not have access to a scanner, that's OK too. You can mail your picture to the address below and we will do the scanning. Please include your return address so they can be sent back to you.
